    Confirm/Cancel the Transfer Of Credit

    After you transfer credit using any of the two methods, you will receive the following message requesting a confirmation or cancellation of the transaction:

    "Amount AED XYZ will be transferred to +9715XXXXXXXX. A transaction fee of AED X.YZ (5%) will apply."

    Press 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel"

    If you press 1 to confirm the credit transfer, the credit will be transferred immediately to the desired number. The following messages will be sent to you and the recipient.

    "You have successfully transferred AED XX to mobile number +9715XXXXXXXX.

    "You have received AED XX from mobile number +9715XXXXXXXX."

    If you press 2 to cancel the transfer, the following message will be sent to you: "Request discarded. Thanks for using our service."

    Request for Credit

    Don't stay without credit anymore... we are offering our prepaid customers a new way to ask for credit; just type this command on your mobile screen *107*05XXXXXXXX*the amount you need# and then press the send/call key

    Where:
    107 = Request for Credit Service Code, 05XXXXXXXX = Desired mobile number on which the request to be sent, Amount = Amount to be requested and then SEND/OK/CALL = Key to be pressed on your mobile.

    The destination number will receive a message informing him/her that you need a credit with the amount specified.

    • - Only 2 requests are allowed per day
    • - Request for Credit is a free service, no usage and no rental fees
    • - This service is only available for prepaid customers

    5% of the transferred amount will be deducted from the sender as a transaction fees.

    Example: If Mobile A transferred AED 100 to Mobile B, then AED 105 (AED 100 + AED 5 = [100*5%]) will be deducted from Mobile A and Mobile B will receive AED 100.

    Sending MMS To Any Destination In The World

    The new and enhanced MMS solution enable you to send MMS to any destination number in the world, even for the operators who do not have a direct agreement with Etisalat. However, if the destination number's operator does not have an agreement with Etisalat, the MMS will be sent as SMS notification, providing a link and password to view and download the MMS through the website. You can also reply back via internet from the same website.

    If you are a new Postpaid/Prepaid Mobile Subscriber then as soon as you insert the SIM Card into the handset and open it, you will receive the MMS setting via SMS that you need to save into the handset in order to use the MMS service.

    Using email2SMS through an Outlook Email client (EIM)
    Please follow the below steps to use your email2SMS through an Outlook Email:
    1- Compose your message
    2- Enter the mobile number with the following format 123@email2sms.ae
    123* if your are sending to a local number, start with the mobile prefix and the mobile number, e.g. 050xxxxxxx@email2sms.ae where 'xxxxxxx' is the desired number you wish to send email.
    123* if you are sending to an international number, start with the international code and the mobile number, e.g. +6019 xxxxxxx @email2sms.ae

    Outlook email client configuration

    For the Outlook Email Client, you may need to change the configuration as follows:
    Outlook Email client (EIM)
    1-Change setting: tools -> email accounts -> view or change existing e-mail accounts.
    2-Change the email server
    3-Set outgoing mail server (SMTP) to exmail.emirates.net.ae
    4-Under more setting, select Outgoing Server tab
    5-Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
    6-Select Use same setting as my incoming mail server.

    Email2SMS is part of the Etisalat Internet Mail Service and is subject to the same Terms and Conditions of Use, Etisalat Acceptable Use Policy, and EtisalatAnti Spam Policy. Etisalat reserves the right to suspend any accounts where the amount of incoming or outgoing messages impinges on the provision of services to other users. Your continuous use of the Email2SMS shall be deemed an agreement to be bowed by the aforesaid conditions.
