You can easily subscribe to Ahlan by passing by Etisalat kiosks located in Abu-Dhabi, Dubai or in Sharja international airports upon your arrival. Also, you can visit any of Etisalat Business Centers, outlets or authorized dealers.

Visitors to the UAE shall receive a welcome SMS on their 'home' SIM card upon arrival in the UAE and being registered on the Etisalat network.

You'll receive an SMS reminding you to recharge whenever your balance is below AED 5.

Recharging your Ahlan is quite simple. Just walk across to your nearest grocery, supermarket or corner store and ask for a recharge card and e-vouchers available in convenient denominations (AED 25, 50, 100, 200, 500).

Also you can use any of the currently available recharge channels.

AHLAN Package is valid for 90 days from the subscription date.

You will enter in a grace period of 30 days will only be able to receive calls and you can migrate to Wasel simply by calling IVR 122 from your mobile then the number will be totally deactivated.

AHLAN service is valid for 90 days only and cannot be extendable.

An SMS reminder message will be sent to you 7days before your subscription expiry date in order to remind you.
