Our Postpaid customers also have access to extra services to help you get more out of your mobile. You can sign up for an Etisalat Calling Card which lets you make calls from any phone.

Our business customers might enjoy the flexibility of our Fax and Data Service, for when you’re on the move and need to keep in touch.

* Please note that the off peak charges are the same as normal usage charges for the first minute.

Just visit your nearest Etisalat Office or Business Centre to sign up to the service.

Please bring the following documents with you:

UAE Nationals
A photocopy of either your Passport or National ID or a valid UAE driving license

Non-UAE Nationals (GCC Citizens & Expatriates)

A photocopy of your Passport with a valid Residence Visa (GCC Citizens excluded)

And either one of the following:

1- An employment letter from your employer OR
2- Salary slip of the last month with a minimum net salary of AED1500 OR
3- The last three months bank statement.

1 month (once paid, your monthly subscription is non-refundable).
