Our Postpaid customers also have access to extra services to help you get more out of your mobile. You can sign up for an Etisalat Calling Card which lets you make calls from any phone.

Our business customers might enjoy the flexibility of our Fax and Data Service, for when you’re on the move and need to keep in touch.

* Please note that the off peak charges are the same as normal usage charges for the first minute.

Just visit your nearest Etisalat Office or Business Centre to sign up to the service.

Please bring the following documents with you when applying for Postpaid mobile service:

For Locals

A copy of the National ID, UAE Driving License Or Passport.

For Expatriates

For existing Postpaid Subscriber (Landline, Internet or Postpaid Mobile):

A copy of the National ID, UAE Driving License or Passport with a valid residence visa.

For non existing Postpaid Subscriber (Landline, Internet or Postpaid Mobile)

A copy of the National ID, UAE Driving License or Passport with a valid residence visa. PLUS one of the following:

A photo copy of the subscriber's Credit Card OR

A copy of the Salary Certificate with a minimum salary of AED 1500 OR

A copy of 3 months Bank Statements.

1 month (once paid, your monthly subscription is non-refundable).
