With Etisalat Mobile Email service you no longer need to check your emails from the nearest PC or laptop, instead you’ll automatically receive all the emails on your mobile instantly whether you are inside or outside the UAE.

Any Internet POP3 or IMAP Email such as: EIM, Gmail and AOL emails in addition to premium yahoo account can be used with this service.

You can use this service on any 2G/3G mobile phones including J2ME, Pocket PC, Smart-phone, Windows Mobile and Symbian phones.

There are no charges for service activation or for number of e-mails sent or received.

GPRS roaming charges apply if you choose not to pause the service while roaming outside Etisalat UAE. You have an option in your Mobile Email settings to pause or resume pushing e-mails to your mobile.


How to Subscribe

To subscribe for this service, please follow the steps as below:

Step-1: Send a pm as an SMS to 1010 and you will receive a confirmation SMS with instruction to log on to the WEB at www.etisalat.ae/mobileemail or access mobile.weyak.ae/pm via WAP, download Mobile Email  software client on your PC/laptop and send it via blue tooth or USB cable to your mobile. You will also receive APN setting message via SMS, save it on your mobile ( but not as default).

Step-2: Install the Mobile Email client software in your handset and you will be requested to enter your e-mail address, username and password which should be same as of your email account to complete the settings and to activate the service.

Step-3: Send "r pm emailaddress" to 1010*.

For example: (r pm userid@eim.ae) to 1010.

Step-4: To access or modify your profile setup at any time you will receive a confirmation email with your Etisalat Mobile Email  Account username and a new password.

* You will receive a confirmation SMS upon successful registration, the email address should be the same used in step 2.


Contract Length and Details

You pay a flat monthly subscription rate the moment you subscribe permanently and the service is automatically renewed every month thereafter. It is automatically debited from your Wasel account on the same date each month or will appear on your monthly GSM bill. You can cancel the service at any time, but there will be no refund.
