Note:

1. Most of the phones now come with built-in browsers, so accessing the Internet through the mobile is a breeze.

2. All above plans of mobile internet or mobile broadband are available for both prepaid and postpaid customer.

3. The monthly charges above do not cover roaming rates which are added up separately.

4. The monthly charge will be deducted whether you use the monthly Allowed data or not.

5. Once the monthly data capacity has been used, out of bundle charges of will be applied automatically.

6. For prepaid customer; please make sure that a sufficient credit is available at your account before the due monthly rental.

7. Unused data from the previous month will not be carried forward to the next month.

8. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

9. You can apply for a GSM Data Voice-disabled SIM line which is dedicated for data and SMS service only. You will not be able to make voice calls from GSM data voice-disable SIM line. The SIM card is available for just AED25 only and the data packages rental shall apply separately. If you have a data SIM line and request to cease the data package, then the data line shall also be cancelled.

For postpaid customers

They can subscribe by calling 125 (IVR) or by visiting Etisalat business centers or Outlets to enjoy the service.

For Prepaid customers

They can subscribe by call 125: Only 100MB & 10MB will be available.

 For other packages they need to visit the business centers.

Cancelling/Unsubscribing the service

Please visit any our nearest Etisalat Business Center to cancel/unsubscribe the service.
