The BlackBerry^® Enterprise Solution allows mobile users to access communications and information wirelessly, including:

Three different subscription plans are available to suit the requirements of different types of users:

1- Unlimited Global: Unlimited Global is for those people who travel regularly outside the UAE. It gives you unlimited usage of the BlackBerry^® Service both in the UAE and abroad. 2- BlackBerry^® Package for Lite Usage: This package offers 50MB of data access each month. This is mainly to allow you to reduce BlackBerry^® implementation cost when deploying the solution to mid and low end employees. With the BES solution (BlackBerry^® Enterprise Server) companies can control and limit the applications that employees may use; thus, providing companies full control of solution expenses.

3- Unlimited Domestic: Unlimited Domestic is for those people who do not travel outside the UAE that frequently. When using the BlackBerry^® Service abroad, GPRS roaming tariffs will be charged.

If you have the GSM roaming service active, you will also be able to use Blackberry device & service while roaming. However, you will be charged as per the applicable charges for additional data accessed while roaming.

You can call your Etisalat Account Manager and ask for the BlackBerry^® service and the available handsets and subscription plans. You can apply for the BlackBerry^® Enterprise Solution if you are using any of the following email servers:
