eLife Triple Play is immediately available to Fiber-qualified residential addresses. You can get applications for new or upgrade accounts from all Business Centres and Outlets. If you are an existing customer, who has been migrated to the network, you can also call the Contact Centre to migrate separate Voice, E-Vision and Al Shamil accounts to eLife Triple Play.

Please bring the following documents while applying for the service:

1- UAE Nationals: Valid passport copy or any other valid identification

2- GCC Nationals: Valid passport copy and any other proof of stay in the UAE

3- Expatriates: Valid passport copy and valid visa copy

A commitment of 1 year is required for this service. However, If you would like to discontinue the service, an early exit fee of equaling the sum of any promotion savings will be charged.
