Note: The delivery of the SIM card within UAE is absolutely FREE of charge. The lost SIM card will be de-activated only after the delivery of the new SIM card.


How To Apply

To replace your SIM card online:

 

1- You need to have an Etisalat Online services user ID. If you don’t have an Etisalat online services user ID, please visit www.etisalat.ae/online and register any of your Etisalat accounts (mobile, fixed line or Internet) easily and quickly.

 

2- After successful online registration, login by using Etisalat online services user ID. Go to “mobile services” menu and click on “Replace lost / damaged SIM card“ option from the left menu to start the ordering process.

 

3- To complete your SIM card order process, all what you need is to follow 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Select mobile account which needs to be replaced

Step 2: Confirm mobile account details

Step 3: Select payment methods and enter delivery details

Step 4: Confirm your order details

 

4- After successful order completion, the system will generate a sales reference number. You can use this number to track the status of your order. The authorized delivery agent will also give you a call after order completion.
