  1. What are Etisalat’s Postpaid Content Passes?

    Enjoy your love for Music, Gaming, Video, and Social Media with Etisalat‘s new Content Passes on Postpaid plans. Get 10 GB content data for your favourite apps, special offers on content subscriptions, deals on accessories, access to events, meet & greets and exclusive giveaways for a few winners every month. Add them for just AED 100/ month (excl VAT).

  2. Who can subscribe to the Content Passes?

    Anyone on a Consumer Postpaid plan can subscribe to the Content Passes.

  3. How can I subscribe to, or unsubscribe from Content Pass?

    You can subscribe to, or unsubscribe from Content Passes through below channels –

  4. How many Content Passes can I subscribe to?

    You can subscribe to all 4 Content Passes (Music, Gaming, Video and Connect) at the same time. You will not be able to subscribe to the same Content Pass more than once.

  5. How can I manage my benefits within each Content Pass?

    You can manage all benefits within each Content Pass (digital service subscriptions, accessory discounts, monthly raffles, etc.) through My Etisalat UAE Mobile App, or Etisalat Self-care portal (www.etisalat.ae/online).

  6. How much data will I get to use with covered Apps in Content Passes?

    You will get 10 GB dedicated local data to use on the covered Apps in Content Passes.

  7. What happens if I run out of data for the covered Apps?

    Once Content Pass data is consumed, you will be able to continue using the covered Apps from your primary plan's local data allowance, or any subscribed data add-on.

  8. What subscription offers are included with Content Passes?

    You can enjoy attractive subscription offers within each Content Pass from Partners such as Anghami, PUBG Mobile, Amazon Prime, STARZPLAY and many more (Partner prices are inclusive of VAT):

    Etisalat will update (remove/ add) subscription offers within each Pass from time to time based on deals with Partners. Offers will be subject to Partner T&Cs.

  9. How can I avail of an included Partner subscription offer with Content Pass if I already have an existing subscription to the service?

    If you already have an active subscription to the service, you may avail of the Partner subscription offer with Content Pass in either of the below ways:
    • Sign up with a different email/ user ID, or
    • Cancel your active subscription and sign up with the same email/ user ID via Content Pass after the current subscription expires


  10. How can I redeem the AED 100 Discount on eligible Accessories with Content Passes?

    To redeem the AED 100 discount on eligible Accessories, including latest Smartphones, Tablets, Music, Gaming and Streaming gadgets, you will have to generate a unique promo code from My Etisalat UAE Mobile App, or Etisalat Self-care portal (www.etisalat.ae/online) and apply it at checkout when purchasing the Device, or Accessory from Etisalat Website.

    You can generate one promo code per Pass per month. Once you have generated the promo code, it will be valid till end of that month.

    You may use the AED 100 discount on a purchase with upfront payment, or smart pay. In case of smart pay, the discount will apply on your first installment, which if lower than AED 100, will be the maximum discount you can avail.

  11. How can I participate in monthly raffles for Special Events and Free Voucher giveaways?

    With each Content Pass, you will be able to participate in monthly raffles for Special Events and Free Voucher giveaways. You need to ‘Enter Raffle’ from My Etisalat UAE Mobile App, or Etisalat Self-care portal (www.etisalat.ae/online).

    Raffle details will be updated in the My Etisalat UAE Mobile App or Etisalat Website every month.

  12. Do Content Passes come with any contract?

    No. Content Passes do not come with any contract.

  13. What happens if I subscribe to a Content Pass in the middle of the month?

    If you subscribe to a Content Pass in the middle of the month, the charges and data allowance will be pro-rated.

  14. What happens to my benefits when I cancel my Content Pass subscription?

    When you cancel your Content Pass subscription, your dedicated data and active content subscriptions will stay till end of validity. You will not be able to re-subscribe to the same Pass during this period.

    Benefits, including partner service subscription, device discount and raffles entries, not used before deactivation of the Pass, will no longer be available after deactivation.

    All product benefits associated with the pass will be deactivated at month end.

  15. What happens to my Content Pass if I change my Postpaid plan?

    On Postpaid to Postpaid plan migration, your Content Passes will continue to the new plan. On Postpaid to Prepaid plan migration, your Content Passes will be removed.

  16. What is the ‘Buy One Get One free’ offer for Emirati Freedom plan customers?

    If you are on an Emirati Freedom plan, you will get 1 Pass for Free when you buy a Pass from Etisalat UAE Website, or My Etisalat UAE Mobile App (one time only) as a limited period promotion.

    • If you migrate to another Emirati Freedom plan, your charged as well as free Content Passes will continue to the new plan
    • If you migrate from Emirati Freedom to any other Postpaid plan, your charged Content Passes will continue to the new plan, while the free Pass will be removed
