• Full Home Wi-Fi is limited to a single premise and cannot be extended beyond the home or villa to a separate building.
  • The Wi-Fi coverage and signal throughput is on a best effort basis as there are many external factors that can influence these measures.
  • The one-time charge of AED 150 for the service survey is waived when the customer proceeds with the Full Home Wi-Fi installation.
  • Etisalat’s field engineers will decide on the network plan & number of Mesh Wi-Fi units (to a maximum of 5) to be used for the service
  • Only Etisalat-approved routers and devices will be used as part of the Full Home Wi-Fi service.
  • Mesh access points will be replaced free of cost, if they fail during the first 2 years of subscription as long as there was no tampering or misuse by the subscriber.
  • Service is auto renewed every month after subscription. Unsubscribe the service any time by calling 800101, visiting Etisalat retail stores or from the My Etisalat UAE mobile app. Devices/routers can be kept even after cancellation.
  • An exit fee of AED 1,000 will be charged upon cancellation of the service during the first 2-year period.
