  • No commitment option for only AED 20/month extra

  • No minimum term applies for monthly term plans
  • A minimum term of 24 months applies for fixed term plans
  • Users on the fixed term plan will move on to the monthly term plan if they do not renew their fixed term plan within 1 month of its expiry
  • An exit charge equivalent to 1 month’s rent applies only on fixed term plans up to a maximum of AED 1,000 (basic exit charge)

For both fixed term plans and monthly plans any remaining device charges and installation charge* will be applied on a pro rata basis. Total applicable charges will be calculated as follows:

  • Basic exit charge + (device retail price + installation charge*/agreement term in months) x (agreement term in months – (1 + number of months already completed in the agreement))
  • The device charge is dependent on the retail price of the device which can be any or all of the following:
  • 4K TV box (Recorder AED 720/Regular AED 480)
  • Router (AED 240/AED 540/AED 960)
  • Home phone (AED 120)
