• Postpaid customers with base plans of AED 500 or above will automatically get the 5G Premium service for free 
• Prepaid customers with data packs of AED 500 or above will automatically get the 5G Premium service for free
• Any customer with a 5G device in a 5G location will automatically get the 5G Basic service for free 
• Customers on 5G Basic service can anytime upgrade their 5G Basic service to 5G Premium service 
• The 5G Premium service is auto-renewable until you deactivate it
• Postpaid customers activating the 5G Premium service within the month will be charged on a pro rata basis and will be charged for the remaining days until the bill cycle

Note: There are no termination charges on deactivating the 5G Premium service. You can deactivate it anytime you want.
