Reserve Credit

Important to know:

  • You can avail this service if you have been a prepaid user for at least 3 months with a usage of at least AED 10/month
  • The amount of Reserve Credit ranges from AED 6 to AED 80, depending on your previous usage history
  • All users who are eligible for Reserve Credit will be notified via SMS to subscribe to the service by dialling *108*1#
  • If you are subscribed to the service, you'll be notified via SMS about the amount you've been credited once your balance reaches AED 1
  • When you recharge your line, the amount of reserve credit used will be automatically deducted from the recharge amount

How to manage:

  • Check your balance by dialling *121#
  • Unsubscribe by dialling *108*2#

Additional charges:

  • Calls and SMSs are charged as per your tariff plan
  • A nominal service fee of AED 0.06 will apply on every minute or SMS
  • Data will be charged at the Pay-as-You-Go rate of AED 1.20/MB (5% VAT excluded)

Terms & Conditions:

  • The Reserve Credit can be used for voice calls, SMSs (local and international) and data at Pay-as-You-Go rates
  • The service fee of AED 0.06 (5% VAT excluded) will be calculated on a pro rata basis for users who are on per-second billing
  • Reserve Credit balance does not expire • AED 6 (5% VAT excluded) for Reserve Credit Non-stop Silver data plan will be deducted only from the Reserve Credit balance
  • Non-stop Silver data plan is not an auto-renewal pack and can be purchased any number of times
  • To purchase Reserve Credit Non-stop Silver data plan, you must first subscribe to Reserve Credit
  • Reserve credit amount can be used to subscribe/renew mobile content services, including Apps, Games, Books, Movies, and others (refer to as “Weyak services”). You will be charged 25% on top of the mobile content subscription amount as a service fee
