• Dial 123 from the home phone number and customise the secret PIN number
• Customise your greeting message
• Forward or cancel your incoming calls to the voicemail box using the codes mentioned below:
• When your home telephone is busy - activate voicemail call forwarding by dialling *67*123#, deactivate by dialling #67#
• When your telephone is unanswered - activate voicemail call forwarding by dialling *61*123#, deactivate by dialling #61#

How to retrieve voice messages: 

• From your home phone: By dialling 123 from your home phone (AED 0.30/min)
• From other numbers within the UAE: By dialling 080-landline number without the 0 before it (AED 0.30/min); for example, if your landline number is 046123456, dial 08046123456
• Outside the UAE: By calling +9714004123 (IDD charges from that country will apply)
