Early exit charges:

1. No exit charge will apply if you upgrade to a higher monthly fee commitment plan before 12 months.

2. For plans with a 12-month commitment, a one-time charge equal to the plan’s 1-month fee or AED 1,000 (whichever amount is lower) will apply in case of early termination in addition to any other applicable usage charges.

3. For plans with a 12-month commitment, in the event of downgrading to a lower monthly fee commitment plan before 12 months, a one-time charge of (current plan fee minus new plan fee) or (AED 1,000 minus new plan fee), whichever amount is lower, will be applied.

Premium Number Rules: 

If a customer is assigned a premium number with the service, the customer shall not be permitted during the contract period to: 

1. Transfer or assign the right to use the premium number to another customer.
2. Downgrade the service.
3. Migrate to a prepaid plan.
4. Port out the premium number.

Note: Migrating or upgrading to a postpaid plan within the same or a higher number category is permitted during the contract period.
