How to manage

Activate your Voicemail in one of the following ways:

1. By calling 123 and following the instructions. Calls from Postpaid are charged AED 0.32/min* and from Prepaid AED 0.38/min*.
2. By dialling *123# and following the menu (free) or dialling the fast command *123*2*1*1*2# and pressing the call key.

You can also use these specific fast commands:

1. For the busy line: dial *123*2*1*1*1*1# and press the call key.
2. For the switched off or unreachable phone: dial *123*2*1*1*1*2# and press the call key.
3. For when you don’t answer the phone: dial *123*2*1*1*1*3# and press the call key.
4. For all the scenarios above: dial *123*2*1*1*1*4# and press the call key.

To deactivate the service, simply dial *123*2*1*1*2# and press the call key.
