The monthly bill is not automatically deducted from your credit balance. You need to visit Etisalat online services, log in to the My Etisalat UAE app or dial *555# to pay the bill from your balance. The process goes through a stepped approach, starting with an initial suspension of video calls, followed by suspension of outgoing voice calls and SMS and, finally, a full suspension of all services (incoming calls, SMS and data communication).
