Home moving is always a hectic job but we can spare you from one of your crucial home moving tasks! Apply online and let us know when you want to have your eLife connection in your new home. 

You can also visit your nearest business Centers and ask for the shifting of your existing eLife connection. Our staff will take the request and arrange the shifting of your eLife connection to your new home.

What do we need from you?

You will simply provide us the address of your new home, any landline number working in that area* and your planned date for moving.

* If your new home is an apartment/flat, you can get the landline number of any shop in the same building or nearby.

What will happen after I apply?

    1. Your existing elife connection will be closed at your previous home.

    2. Our staff shall call you to set the appointment time of the installation as per your convenience.

    3. Our technician shall then visit you to install the eLife connection at your new home.

 

Important Note: Please carry the Wireless Router (Wi-Fi) and TV Decoder (Set Top Box) with their cables to your new location. Our technician shall require these equipment to install your eLife connection.
