Xbox All Access is your all-inclusive pass to Xbox. You can get an Xbox Series X with 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from 139 AED (Vat inclusive) a month for 24 months. Or, an Xbox Series S with 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from 99 AED (Vat inclusive) a month for 24 months. You will get to play a library of over 100 high-quality games, new games on day one like Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5, join friends with online multiplayer and get an EA Play membership.*

What is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and what are its benefits?

Can I buy multiple Xbox All Access?

Yes, based on credit facility criteria. Your purchase is subject to profile verification. In case your request is rejected, your advance payment will be adjusted in your bill.

Does Microsoft provide funding for Xbox All Access?

No. Microsoft does not extend credit and does not determine credit terms or eligibility. Etisalat facilitates funding for Xbox All Access and determines credit eligibility and terms.

Are there any additional fees for Xbox All Access?

Your Xbox All Access purchase will have fixed monthly payments with 0% interest. There are no application fees or annual fees for your Xbox All Access purchase. However, please see participating partner terms and conditions for further details.

An Xbox All Access purchase includes 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. So, what happens if I have an existing Xbox Game Pass and/or Xbox Live Gold membership when I purchase a console with Xbox All Access?

If you're already an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass member, any days remaining in your membership(s) will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at a conversion ratio when you redeem the 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership and added to your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership up to a maximum of 36 months. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate memberships are limited to 36 months.

If you’re already an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member, wait until your existing membership has a prepaid balance that is less than 12 months before redeeming the 24-month Ultimate membership through Xbox All Access. You will be unable to redeem with more than 12 prepaid months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

To check your prepaid balance, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/. Note, once converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Xbox Live Gold and other Game Pass memberships cannot be unconverted. Learn more at https://xbox.com/gamepass.

I’ve purchased Xbox All Access. How do I redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Your 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is delivered directly to your console. Redeem it during initial console setup or later in the Settings app.

To redeem during initial setup:

  • • As you set up your new console, you’ll be prompted to redeem the Digital Direct offers that come with it. If you decide not to redeem them then, the offers remain on the console until they’re redeemed.

To redeem after setup in Settings app:

  • • Select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console.
  • • Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Full Library, and then look under Available offers to see your offers.

What should I do if I purchased Xbox All Access but don’t see an option to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my console?

If you do not see an option to redeem your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through initial setup and/or through the Settings app, contact out call center at 101. Our agent will need to verify your Xbox All Access account and determine next steps.

Does the 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership have to go to whoever bought Xbox All Access?

No, anyone can redeem the membership on the console purchased with Xbox All Access.

Can I cancel or refund my Xbox All Access subscription and installments?

With Xbox All Access, you are purchasing the console and the entire 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership. There is no refund. However, you can cancel your Xbox All Access any time after subscription within the 24 months contract period.

You will need to pay the outstanding amount of Xbox All Access as per the existing device exit penalty rule. The Game pass service from Microsoft will continue for the remaining time.

What happens after 24 months installment period?

Your Game Pass will be deactivated/expired by Microsoft after 24 months of activation.

What happens if my console breaks?

With Xbox All Access, you own the console and 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership outright upon purchase.

The Microsoft Limited Warranty covers the Xbox console for one year (90 days for the controller and accessories), irrespective of the length of your financing term. If your console malfunctions after that one-year period (or your controller or accessories malfunction after 90 days), you would be responsible.

Please note, monthly payments will continue until the remaining balance for Xbox All Access is paid in full, even if your Xbox console is not working.

What can I do with my broken console?

Call customer care at 101. The agent will advise you to visit a specific distributor support center. Please make sure you bring the console along with the proof of purchase and any other supporting documents. You will then receive a call once the replaced console is available to come pick it up. Your Game Pass will not be affected.

What happens if my console is not working?

Call customer care at 101. The agent will advise you to visit a specific distributor support center, and to bring along the proof of purchase from Etisalat within the last 30 days. If your console is unable to be repaired, your console will be replaced.

I need more info about Xbox All Access terms.

How does the monthly payments work?

All customers are required to pay the first month due at time of purchase via credit card online or in cash or credit card at Etisalat point of sale. Some customers will be required to pay an enhanced amount based on their credit eligibility which will be immediately meadjusted to their bill.

Who owns the console until the last instalment is paid?

You, as a customer, own the console as it is sold with your subscription to Xbox All Access. The Xbox All Access program let you pay for the console and the GamePass subscription in a 24-month instalment where you own the console from day 1 of purchase.
