Home moving is always hectic but we can spare you from one of your crucial home moving tasks: shifting your eLife services.

Simply visit one of our Business Centres or call 101, and our staff will help you to arrange the shifting of your eLife services to your new location. All we need is the address of your new location, any working landline number in that area and your planned date for moving. The existing service will be ceased at your old location and our field technicians will visit your new location to install the service – the appointment for installation will be set as per your convenience.

Please carry with you the wireless router (Wi-Fi) and TV decoder (set-top box) to your new location and keep these items ready for installation. Note: Request to shift your existing eLife Services to a new location instead of requesting an eLife New Account as a new user.
