You will also receive SMS notifications when you reach 80%, 90% and 100% data usage
The add-on auto-renew every month so if you subscribe during the month, the rental and add-on data allowance will be prorated. Starting the next bill cycle, you will receive the full add-on data allowance and will be charged the full rent on your bill.
If you change your plan to a different plan, you will continue enjoying the remaining add-on data allowance until the end of the month. However, your add-on will automatically deactivate starting your next bill cycle.
You can re-subscribe through any of the above-mentioned channels if you’ve changed your New Freedom plan to another New Freedom plan that is eligible for the data add-on.
You will receive SMS notification upon successful cancellation.
