Once you register one account, it will update the registration status of all accounts under your name and there will be no need for you to register each of them separately

What happens if I fail to renew my details?

You will be given one grace period, after which the line will be deactivated for a period of time. If you fail to renew the registration during that period, then the line will be disconnected.

Do I have to register my line if I am visiting the UAE on a visit visa?

Visitors are offered a line which is valid for 90 days.

How many time do I have to renew my registration?

You need to renew your registration each time your identification expires.

I own a business in the UAE, I have a mobile number, and I visit regularly. However, I do not have a residence visa. How can I renew my registration.?

Yes, you can register it online using your Emirates ID.

What are the documents required while registering through self-service channels (website or My Etisalat UAE app)?

The only document accepted through these channels is the original Emirates ID.

What is the grace period to reconnect the line after expiration of the mobile registration?

In case the registration was not renewed, the line will be deactivated for three months and then ceased.

Can I transfer the ownership if my account is not registered or if registration is not renewed?

No, the account must be registered to transfer ownership.
