Smiles By etisalat
Smiles points can be earned in two ways: through the bill payment and monthly with the New Postpaid yearly plans. You will be informed by SMS once your points will be added to your account:
- • For a prepaid account recharge, your points will appear after 24 hours of your transaction.
- • For a monthly bill payment, your points will appear after 72 hours of your transaction.
Monthly Smiles points will be added to your Smiles account on monthly basis, as long as the line is active.
You need to download the application and register to earn Smiles points. You can find the application in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Smiles points can be redeemed as shopping vouchers, discounts in various locations or used for bill payments. For more details, please visit smiles.etisalat.ae. And please note, if your transaction fails for any reason, your points will be credited back to your account after 15min.
You will receive embedded Smiles points for a half of the contract duration (for example, 24-month plans will get monthly Smiles points for 12 months), following which you will receive them from bill payments.
