• A minimum term of 24 months applies for fixed term plans
• Users on the fixed term plan will move on to the monthly term plan if they do not renew their fixed term plan within 1 month of its expiry

Exit charges:

• An exit charge equivalent to 1 month’s rent applies only on fixed term plans up to a maximum of AED 1,000 (basic exit charge)

For both fixed term plans and monthly plans any remaining device charges and installation charge* will be applied on a pro rata basis. Total applicable charges will be calculated as follows:

• Basic exit charge + (device retail price + installation charge*/agreement term in months) x (agreement term in months – (1 + number of months already completed in the agreement))
• The device charge is dependent on the retail price of the device which can be any or all of the following:
• 4K TV box (Recorder AED 720/Regular AED 480)
• Router (AED 240/AED 540/AED 960)
• Home phone (AED 120)

*Service installation charge: AED 199, applies on online orders only

• 50% discount on eLife Unlimited Sports applies for 3 months and is only available on a 24 month commitment eLife Unlimited Sports plan.

• After the promotional period is finished, the prevailing AED 559 monthly rental will apply
• Available for new as well as existing customers who will migrate to eLife Unlimited Sports
• Customers who upgrade to this promotion can move back to their original eLife plan at any time by paying an additional fee of 1 month's instalment charges of this plan (AED 559)
• Customers who cancel the eLife Unlimited Sports plan will pay an exit charge equivalent to 1 month’s rent (AED 559) plus any remaining device charges will be applied on a pro-rata basis

• If you wish to use your own router, that’s fine. Please ensure your router is capable of delivering the speeds you subscribe to. All Etisalat routers that are supplied during your installation are rated to work at your subscribed speeds and have remote support capabilities.
• However if you face issues with your non-Etisalat supplied router, we may be unable to remotely assist you and you may need to pay for a technician visit if the fault is deemed to not be with Etisalat’s network.
• If you use your own router then the router that is supplied during your installation is not chargeable if you terminate your contract early. All other applicable early terminate penalties apply.
