- An exit charge equivalent to 1 month’s instalment applies only on fixed-term plans up to a maximum of AED 1,000 (basic exit charge)
- For all eLife Lite plans, any remaining device charges will be applied on a pro rata basis
- Total applicable charges will be calculated as:
Basic exit charge + (Device’s retail price/agreement term in months) x (Agreement term in months – (1 + number of months already completed in the agreement)) - The device’s charge is dependent on the retail price of the device which can be any or all of the following:
