These specific terms and conditions (“Service Specific Terms”) apply in relation to the provision of the Service by  e& to the Customer, in addition to the other constituent parts of the Agreement between  e& and the Customer.

Any capitalised terms that are not defined in this Clause 2 have the meaning given to them in the General T&Cs (Consumer).

a. “Agreement” means the entire contractual agreement between e& and the Customer, comprising of the constituent parts set out in Clause 3 of the General T&Cs (Consumer).

b. “Customer” means the person who purchases or subscribes to the Service.

c. “ e&” means Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC.

d. “Free Trial” means an offer that allows the Customer to use the Service at no cost in order to try the Service.

e. “Free Trial Period” means a period during which the Customer may use the Service at no cost. This period may vary and is specified in the subscription pages.

f. “General T&Cs (Consumer)” means  e&’s general terms and conditions for consumer (i.e. non-business) products and services which are published on  e&’s website and are available through the other communications channels referred to in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer).

g. “Term” has the meaning given to it in Clause 4(b).

h. “Service” means the Arena Pro service, as described in more detail in Clause 3.

i. “Voucher” means the unique code that is linked to the Service and provides a discount from the price of the Service upon redemption. The Voucher can be provided as a printed coupon or in electronic format (email/ SMS).

(a) Arena Pro is subscription-based service that gives full access to 50+ AAA games streamed from cloud to the Customer’s device. Arena Pro supports iOS, Android, Windows, MAC OS and works on mobile, tablet, laptop and computers. Please refer to FAQ under www.etisalat.ae/arenapro for the minimum hardware specifications.

(b) Arena Pro is a service intended to be used in the UAE for optimal quality of service and lower latency

(a) The Agreement is valid and binding on both the Customer and  e& on and from the date on which the Customer submits a duly completed and signed Agreement to e&, and e& accepts it (the “Effective Date”).

(b) The Agreement has a Term of one (1) month, which starts on the date on which e& makes the Service available to the Customer (the “Activation Date”).

In addition to the provisions of Clause 8 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the provisions governing Customer obligations and restrictions that apply to the Service, the Customer acknowledges that:

(a) some of the games have specific EULA (end user license agreement) terms from the game publishers, (also referred to as “Third-Party Contracts”) that must be agreed to by the Customer, where applicable the same may be available at www.etisalat.ae/arenapro

(b) such Third-Party Contracts and e&’s General T&Cs (Consumer) are separate agreements and the Third-Party Contracts do not, and do not purport to, amend, vary or supersede e&’s General T&Cs (Consumer) applicable to the Service;

(c) Third-Party Contracts have been prepared by the games’ publishers without any involvement from e&. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that no representation, warranty, assurance or undertaking (express or implied) is or will be made, and/ or no responsibility or liability is or will be accepted, by e& in relation to the Third-Party Contracts;

(d) e& is not a party to any of the Third-Party Contracts and has no obligations under such Third-Party Contracts. The Customer further acknowledges that the games publishers’ obligations under or in connection with the Third-Party Contracts cannot be enforced by the Customer against e&, and the Customer agrees that it shall have no claim against e& for any breach of the Third-Party Contracts by the games’ publishers; and

(e) The Customer is responsible for all internet access Charges and should check with their internet provider for information on possible internet data usage Charges, in the UAE and whilst roaming.

e& will provide the Service to the Customer based on these Service Specific Terms together with the other constituent parts of the Agreement, and in accordance with the law.

All information collected from you, such as email address, gaming usage, saved games, registration information and any other data relevant to the usage of the Service, are subject to e& Privacy Policy https://www.etisalat.ae/en/footer/privacy-policy.jsp. Your data and personal information are protected and made available only to us.

(a) The Arena Pro Service is a value added service linked to the Customer’s main e& mobile account and is available for specific compatible mobile phones, computers and tablets (please refer to the FAQ under wwww.etisalat.ae/arenapro for all updated compatibility information).

(b) Cancellation of the Customer’s mobile account will also result in cancellation of the Service.

(c) The Service is automatically renewed on a monthly basis and carries no exit Charges.

(d) The Customer will be charged as detailed herein below:

  • i. Postpaid Customers will be charged on a pro rata basis following the expiry of the Free Trial Period; and 
  • ii. Prepaid Customers will be charged the monthly Charges following the expiry of the Free Trial Period.

(e) Should there be insufficient credit balance in the Customer’s prepaid account for the monthly Charge, the Service will be renewed as follows:

Please see Clause 19 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the provisions governing the suspension, disconnection and termination of the Service or the Agreement by e&.

(a) If the Customer migrates his/ her mobile account from prepaid to post-paid, the Service will be maintained.

(b) If the Customer migrates his/ her mobile account from post-paid to prepaid, the Service will not be maintained and access will be stopped immediately.

(c) In case of transfer ownership for the main account, the Service will not be maintained and access will be stopped immediately.

(a) If the Customer wants to terminate the Service, he/ she must give e& prior written notice.

(b) The Customer can unsubscribe to the Service via the e& mobile application, or “your account” under the e& website after logging in, you can alternatively also call 800101 for the Customer Care Center.

(c) The Customer acknowledges that, upon receipt of the Customer’s termination notice, e& shall terminate the Service.

(d) The Customer will not be entitled for any refund for the unused period.

Service Application

Access to the Service is completed via an application:

(a) For Android devices, the Customer can download the application from the Google Play store;

(b) For PCs, the Customer can download the client from www.etisalat.ae/download; and

(c) For MAC and iOS devices (iPhone, iPad), the Customer can visit https:\\arenapro.ae.

Free Trial & Vouchers

(a) The Service may start with a Free Trial. The Free Trial Period shall be valid for one (1) month, or as otherwise specified and is intended to allow Customers to try the Service.

(b) Free Trial eligibility is determined by e& at its sole discretion and e& may limit eligibility or duration to prevent Free Trial breach. e& reserves the right to revoke the Free Trial in the event that e& determines that the Customer is not eligible. Customers with an existing or recent Service subscription may or may not be eligible. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply to the Free Trial.

(c) A Free Trial can be offered in the form of a Voucher that the Customer can redeem. The Customer shall enter a unique code in order to redeem the Voucher. Vouchers will be given to a Customer as part of an offer or promotion. e& will decide terms of use for any of such particular offer or promotion at its own discretion. The same Voucher cannot be redeemed twice by the same Customer. The Voucher may provide a 100% discount from the applicable Charges or the percentage (%) from its price for a fixed duration or permanently.

(d) At the end of the Free Trial Period, the Customer shall be entitled to opt out of the Service. If the Customer does not exercise the option to opt out of the Service, e& shall continue to provide the Service to the Customer and will charge the Customer the full monthly Charges with effect from the date of the expiry of the Free Trial Period.

Use of The Service

(a) The quality of the display of the Arena Pro game may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as the Customer’s location, the bandwidth available through and/ or speed of the Customer’s internet connection. High Definition (HD), Ultra High Definition (Ultra HD) and High Dynamic Range (HDR) availability is subject to the Customer’s internet service and device capabilities.

(b) Not all games are available in 4K and HD formats,

(c) A download speed of at least 10.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive HD content (defined as a resolution of 720p or higher).

(d) A download speed of at least 25.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive Ultra HD (defined as a resolution of 1080p or higher) and HDR content, up to 50.0 Mpbs for 4K games.

(e) The time it takes to start streaming the games will vary based on a number of factors, including the Customer’s location, available bandwidth at the time, the game selected by the Customer and the configuration of the device.

(f) Other than any connectivity provided by e&, the Customer acknowledges that the use of the Service may require third party software that is subject to third party licenses and e& will not be responsible nor liable for any aspects of the third-party software. The Customer further agrees to automatically receive updated versions of the Application/ Website and related third-party software.

(g) e& may, from time to time, change the terms of this Agreement and e& shall notify the Customer at least thirty (30) days before such changes are applicable.

(h) e& may assign or transfer this Agreement including its associated rights and obligations at any time and the Customer agrees to cooperate with e& in connection with such assignment or transfer.

(i) e& will send to the Customer the information relating to the Service (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices, Service updates, content updates) in electronic form, for example via email to the Customer’s email address provided during registration or by SMS sent to the Customer’s registered mobile number.

The Customer may contact e& to discuss the Service (including these Service Specific Terms and the General T&Cs (Consumer), or any other product or service offered by e&, by using any of the communications channels stated in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer).

Please see Clause (32) of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the provisions governing VAT (Value Added Tax) that apply to the Service.

These specific terms and conditions (“Service Specific Terms”) apply in relation to the provision of the Service by  e& to the Customer, in addition to the other constituent parts of the Agreement between  e& and the Customer.

2. Definitions

h. “Service” means the Arena Pro service, as described in more detail in Clause 3.

3. Service description

(a) Arena Pro is subscription-based service that gives full access to 50+ AAA games streamed from cloud to the Customer’s device. Arena Pro supports iOS, Android, Windows, MAC OS and works on mobile, tablet, laptop and computers. Please refer to FAQ under www.etisalat.ae/arenapro for the minimum hardware specifications.

4. Commencement & Duration

(a) The Agreement is valid and binding on both the Customer and  e& on and from the date on which the Customer submits a duly completed and signed Agreement to e&, and e& accepts it (the “Effective Date”).

(b) The Agreement has a Term of one (1) month, which starts on the date on which e& makes the Service available to the Customer (the “Activation Date”).

5. Customer Obligations & Restrictions
In addition to the provisions of Clause 8 of the General T&Cs (Consumer) for the provisions governing Customer obligations and restrictions that apply to the Service, the Customer acknowledges that:

(a) some of the games have specific EULA (end user license agreement) terms from the game publishers, (also referred to as “Third-Party Contracts”) that must be agreed to by the Customer, where applicable the same may be available at www.etisalat.ae/arenapro

(b) such Third-Party Contracts and e&’s General T&Cs (Consumer) are separate agreements and the Third-Party Contracts do not, and do not purport to, amend, vary or supersede e&’s General T&Cs (Consumer) applicable to the Service;

The Customer further acknowledges that the games publishers’ obligations under or in connection with the Third-Party Contracts cannot be enforced by the Customer against e&, and the Customer agrees that it shall have no claim against e& for any breach of the Third-Party Contracts by the games’ publishers; and

(e) The Customer is responsible for all internet access Charges and should check with their internet provider for information on possible internet data usage Charges, in the UAE and whilst roaming.

6. e&'s Obligations

e& will provide the Service to the Customer based on these Service Specific Terms together with the other constituent parts of the Agreement, and in accordance with the law.

All information collected from you, such as email address, gaming usage, saved games, registration information and any other data relevant to the usage of the Service, are subject to e& Privacy Policy https://www.etisalat.ae/en/footer/privacy-policy.jsp. Your data and personal information are protected and made available only to us.

7. Charges, Billing & Payment

(a) The Arena Pro Service is a value added service linked to the Customer’s main e& mobile account and is available for specific compatible mobile phones, computers and tablets (please refer to the FAQ under wwww.etisalat.ae/arenapro for all updated compatibility information).

(b) Cancellation of the Customer’s mobile account will also result in cancellation of the Service.

(c) The Service is automatically renewed on a monthly basis and carries no exit Charges.

(d) The Customer will be charged as detailed herein below:

(e) Should there be insufficient credit balance in the Customer’s prepaid account for the monthly Charge, the Service will be renewed as follows:

9. Main account migration and change of ownership

(a) If the Customer migrates his/ her mobile account from prepaid to post-paid, the Service will be maintained.

(b) If the Customer migrates his/ her mobile account from post-paid to prepaid, the Service will not be maintained and access will be stopped immediately.

(c) In case of transfer ownership for the main account, the Service will not be maintained and access will be stopped immediately.

10. Termination by the Customer

(a) If the Customer wants to terminate the Service, he/ she must give e& prior written notice.

(b) The Customer can unsubscribe to the Service via the e& mobile application, or “your account” under the e& website after logging in, you can alternatively also call 800101 for the Customer Care Center.

(c) The Customer acknowledges that, upon receipt of the Customer’s termination notice, e& shall terminate the Service.

(d) The Customer will not be entitled for any refund for the unused period.

11. Any other specific provisions

(h) e& may assign or transfer this Agreement including its associated rights and obligations at any time and the Customer agrees to cooperate with e& in connection with such assignment or transfer.

(i) e& will send to the Customer the information relating to the Service (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices, Service updates, content updates) in electronic form, for example via email to the Customer’s email address provided during registration or by SMS sent to the Customer’s registered mobile number.

12. Contacting e&

The Customer may contact e& to discuss the Service (including these Service Specific Terms and the General T&Cs (Consumer), or any other product or service offered by e&, by using any of the communications channels stated in Clause 30 of the General T&Cs (Consumer).
