- The device charge is dependent on the retail price of the device which can be any or all of the following:

- Router (AED 240/AED 540)
- Home phone (AED 120)
- Gaming Controller (AED 120)
1. If you wish to use your own router, that’s fine. Please ensure your router is capable of delivering the speed you subscribe to. All e& routers that are supplied during your installation are rated to work at your subscribed speed and have remote support capabilities.
2. However, if you face issues with your non-e& supplied router, we may be unable to remotely assist you and you may need to pay for a technician visit if the fault is deemed to not be with e&’s network.
3. You can install your own equipments behind e&’s CPEs.
- Home telephone to mobile calls are charged at AED 0.30/ Min (excluding 5% VAT)
- Home telephone to international calls are charged at standard rates defined here

Our eLife 5G plan enables a maximum download speed of up to 5Gbps through our new XGS-PON Optical Network Terminal (ONT). These ports can transmit to your third-party router/access point or Internet-enabled devices (e.g., computer, Smart TV) via a wired connection.
To experience the speeds of eLife 5G plan, your device must have a compatible Ethernet LAN port supporting up to 5Gbps, and your destination app or web server should be connected to a high-bandwidth link.
No, currently the eLife 5G plan only comes with a 24-month contract..
The download and upload speeds require customers to have compatible computers. You will be able to reach the published speed range on compatible Ethernet ports and when aggregated over many simultaneous users.
The readiness of your home location depends on whether it is serviced with XGS-PON technology. To determine if your home is capable of achieving these high speeds, you can perform a coverage check after checking your plan.
No problem! Visit any of our e& branches, and our agent will assist you in enabling your location for our new technology, which may take up to 6 months. In the meantime, you can enjoy speeds of up to 1G until we complete the necessary work.
All the necessary equipment to enable your eLife 5G and 10G Plans will be provided by e&. Please note that we do not guarantee and support third-party equipment (not provided by us).
To activate Anghami, Amazon Prime and STARZPLAY, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Download e& UAE app and log in with your eLife account number
Step 2: At the top of the homepage make sure the correct account is selected that has the benefit you want to activate
Step 3: On the homepage click on “Manage” next to your plan details
Step 4: On the next page, scroll down and click on the “Addons” section
Step 5: Here you can select and activate the included subscriptions
For Smiles benefits: just download the Smiles app from your app store and log in with your eLife account number (you will get a code on your registered mobile number or email). Once enrolled you can start ordering and you will automatically get free delivery. If you’re an existing Smiles customer, log in to Smiles with your eLife number and the benefit will be automatically applied
For an accurate measurement of your home internet speed, make sure the device you're testing is connected via an Ethernet cable, then use the Ookla Speedtest application or visit their website at www.speedtest.net.
An early termination charge, which shall amount to AED 1,000 or one monthly rental charge of the current service plan (whichever is lower) is applicable.
The charges, even after the contract has ended, will remain the same as the cost of the plan.
