Home Wireless Advance offers you unlimited internet at your home with our optional 5G Plug-n-Play router at no extra charge.

Home Wireless Premium offers you premium TV content on STARZPLAY, GoChat with unlimited internet & an optional 5G Plug-n-Play router.

Home Wireless Premium is designed to offer you instant internet connectivity at your home location only. You can enjoy high data speeds with premium TV content for 24 months with a free Plug-n-Play Router for AED 1,332, STARZPLAY for 24 months and GoChat Premium free for 3 months.

On subscription of the service, we will provide you Data only SIM card. You need to insert your Home Wireless data SIM in any data enabled smart device of your choice at your home. Once it is activated, your home location will be linked to your Home Internet SIM Card and will only work at that location.

If you decide to change your home location, you may call 101 to unlock it and we will update your new home location.

For Home Wireless Advance - The promotional monthly price of AED 199 will be available for 12 months only. After that, it will be changed to AED 299. 
The unlimited data benefit till end of the contract period is limited to new customers who sign up to this plan during the promotion period of 3 months. All existing customers in this plan will also get the same benefit during the first 3 months from when the promotion launches.

For Home Wireless Premium - The promotional monthly price of AED 299 will be available for 24 months only. After that, it will be changed to AED 399.

Yes, you can. However, multiple devices sharing your internet connection can reduce your internet speed.

With STARZPLAY, you can watch the best TV content in the region at no additional cost on the STARZPLAY app.

Home Wireless Advance customers get a FREE 12-month STARZPLAY access, while Home Wireless Premium customers enjoy double the entertainment with 24 months.

Once you subscribe to Home Wireless, you will receive an email with a STARZPLAY voucher, which you can redeem on the STARZPLAY app.

The voucher will be valid for 12 months if you are a Home Wireless Advance customer or 24 months if you are a Home Wireless Premium customer, starting from the date of redemption

We will move your service for free the first time. Customers are entitled to 1 free relocation per month. Subsequent relocations will incur a charge of AED 100 (excluding VAT) per request.

For a superior mobile connectivity, the 5G Router needs to be placed near the home windows in order to get the strongest 5G Signal from our mobile towers.

In case you are not connected to the 5G service you will automatically connected to the 4G with the same benefits.

In case you decide to cancel your contract before the end of its minimum term (12 months for Home Wireless Advance, 24 months for Home Wireless Premium), you'll be charged:

One undiscounted monthly recurring charge (AED 199 for Advance, AED 399 for Premium) and you will pay for the 4G or 5G Plug-n-Play router as per the following calculation:

( Rp / Ct ) x ( Ct – ( 1 + T ) )

Rp = the retail price of the device(s);

Ct = the number of months in the minimum term of the contract; and

T = the number of months the subscriber has served in the contract

If at any time the Customer cannot be connected to a 5G network, the Customer will be automatically connected to a 4G network.
