  • Smart Living Home Control Service is offered at a monthly subscription of AED 10 (5% VAT excluded) and is considered an add-on service on top of an active eLife package.
  • Customers who have the eLife 3P package and the compatible TV box would only be eligible to subscribe to this new service.
  • For getting the compatible TV box these are options available as per various customer status.
  • Existing eLife customer to upgrade to compatible TV box would pay additionally as per below options:
  • Option 1: Upgrade to KAON 6078 TV Box with push-to-talk remote control for additional rental of AED 30/month (5% VAT excluded) for 24 months to be charged on top of eLife 3P subscription. (Added with AED 10/month Smart Living Home Control Service subscription for a total of AED 40 /month)
  • Option 2: Upgrade to KAON 6080 Premium TV Box with embedded mic and speaker (supporting hands-free voice commands in English and Arabic languages) for additional rental of AED 50/month (5% VAT excluded) for 24 months to be charged on top of eLife 3P subscription. (Added with AED 10/month Smart Living Home Control Service subscription for a total of AED 60/month) 
  • New eLife customers need to choose one of the following compatible TV box options and pay additionally as per below options
  • Option 1: Subscribe to new eLife with KAON 6078 TV Box with push-to-talk remote control with no additional charges to the eLife subscription. (Added with AED 10/month Smart Living Home Control Service subscription for a total of AED 10 /month)
  • Option 2: Subscribe to eLife with KAON 6080 Premium TV Box with embedded mic and speaker (supporting hands-free voice commands in English and Arabic languages) for additional rental of AED 25/month (5% VAT excluded) for 24 months (added with AED 10/month Smart Living Home Control Service subscription for a total of AED 35/month)
  • This is an opt-in service for getting the access to control and monitor the Smart Living devices on your TV dashboard, by voice commands, TV dashboard and Smart Living mobile app. Customer also have the option not to buy these new IoT enabled TV box or Smart Living Home Control Service subscription and get the regular eLife package.
  • An eLife 3P customer will have to agree to purchase the compatible devices and subscribe to the new service to get the free installation service by e& engineering team. The e& team would confirm the timing after an appointment schedule is agreed with the customer.
  • There will not be any exit charges for the Smart Living Home Control Service subscription of AED 10/month.
  • Existing rule of exit charges of eLife and Smart Living devices would be applicable for the offer proposed: Customers will be informed of any leftover / outstanding device charges applicable if they leave within 2 years from the date of receiving the device.
  • Promotional Offer
    The Smart Living Home Control Service at AED 10 /month would have a promotional launch offer for new customers. During the promotional offer, all new customers to the service would be eligible for 3-months trial offer where the AED 10 would be waived off and only from 4th month onwards the customer would be billed for the service
  • There will not be any exit charges for the promotional offer of the Smart Living Home Control Service subscription of AED 10/month
  • e& reserves the right to withdraw the promotional offer at any given point of time, while would give the full benefits to the customers who have already subscribed to the service during the offer time.
  • Before 1 week of the expiry of the 3rd month of promotional free offer, customers who have subscribed to the service would be informed about the AED 10/month charging from 4th month onwards.
  • Customers who wish to cancel the Smart Living Home Control Service with AED 10/month can visit the e& business centers or call 101 or 800101. No exit charges would be levied for this subscription service.
