Terms & Conditions - SmartPay

 

Your first month's device rental will be deducted from your credit card immediately upon a successful payment transaction. You will have two options to choose from:

  • "Set up Autopay," which will securely register you in the “Etisalat Auto Pay service”. Your monthly device rental shall be deducted from your credit card automatically.
  • "Do not set up Autopay" where you will continue to make payments on a proactive basis each month.

 

Important: The customer's name enrolling into Smart pay must match the name on the payment card and Emirates ID card used (Both cards must also be present at the time of delivery).

Your SmartPay purchase is subject to profile verification. In case your request is rejected, your advance payment will be adjusted in your bill.

Note:

Any Customer of Etisalat purchasing a Smart TV on Etisalat’s online or offline platforms is advised to Only opt for the Free Supplier-provided installation service (except for Xiaomi Smart TVs no installation service is provided) and Customers are advised to avoid the unboxing and installation by themselves.

Should a customer opt for self-installation, then the warranty may be voided in case of screen damage which is an effect of mishandling during unboxing that cannot be traced at the customer’s end
