We will add or remove subscription offers within each pass from time to time based on the deals with our partners. Offers will be subject to Partner T&Cs.

To redeem, you’ll have to generate a unique promo code from My Etisalat UAE app, or Etisalat Self-care portal (www.etisalat.ae/online) and apply it at checkout when purchasing the device, or accessory from the Etisalat by e& website.

When you deactivate your free Content Pass subscription, your dedicated data and active content subscriptions will stay till end of validity. You will not be able to reactivate to the same pass during this period.
All product benefits associated with the pass will be deactivated at month end. Benefits, including partner service subscription, device discount and raffle entries which are not used before deactivation, will no longer be available after deactivation.
