Early exit charges:
No exit charge will apply if you upgrade to a higher monthly fee commitment plan before 12 months.
For plans with a 12-month commitment, a one-time charge equal to the plan’s 1-month fee or AED 1,000 (whichever amount is lower) will apply in case of early termination in addition to any other applicable usage charges.
For plans with a 12-month commitment, in the event of downgrading to a lower monthly fee commitment plan before 12 months, a one-time charge of (current plan fee minus new plan fee) or (AED 1,000 minus new plan fee), whichever amount is lower, will be applied.
Smiles points Early exit charges for contract plans are:
On the off chance that you have not used partial or full Smiles points: Points will be reclaimed, no charges apply.
If full or partial Smiles points were consumed, the equivalent amount will be charged, and you will retain the balance of the points.
Note: If the Customer has been assigned a Silver/Silver plus/Gold/Gold Plus category number with the Service, the Customer shall not be permitted during the Minimum Term to:
Transfer or assign the right of use of the premium number to another customer.
Downgrade the Service.
Migrate the Service to any other e& mobile prepaid or postpaid plan.
Port out the premium number.

All postpaid plans come with a maximum cap on the outstanding charges incurred.
The accumulated charges include unpaid amounts from the previous billing month and usage charges incurred this month. You will be notified when this amount reaches 80%, 90%, 95% and 100% of your limit.
Your services will be suspended when the cap has been reached. You can unlock them by paying all your dues.
The exact amount of the maximum cap is determined after your account has been verified during the purchase or change process. It may be periodically revised by e& based on your usage and payment history.
You can adjust your plan’s credit limit on e& UAE app or our Self-Care portal to control your spending.
