By allowing Etisalat to check your score with AECB/MOHRE, you can find whether you are eligible to buy a product from our wide range of smartphones, Smart Home devices, accessories and wearables with SmartPay.
What is AECB check?
Etisalat has coordinated with Al Etihad Credit Bureau to run an eligibility check on the customer (history of financial commitment with banks and other institutions) and provide Etisalat with the customer’s score.
What is MOHRE check?
Etisalat has coordinated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to run an eligibility check on the customer and provide a score based on their salary.
How it works?
Etisalat will complete the check for you with an automated online process. Based on your credit score and/or your salary limit in MOHRE records, your eligibility to buy smartphones, Smart Home devices, accessories and wearables will be determined, and then your upfront payment amount will be calculated. The upfront amount can be anywhere between zero to the device’s full amount.
A One-Time payment will be required based on your eligibility:
Device’s instalment payment
The first instalment will be deducted from your credit card immediately upon a successful payment transaction of your order.
Autopay registration
We will set up your credit card with Autopay to automatically deduct your monthly instalment payment.
Credit Bureau Score & MOHRE limit
Based on your credit score or your salary limit in MOHRE records, your one-time payment amount will be determined. The amount can be anywhere between zero to the device’s full amount.
Important to know:
The customer’s name enrolling into SmartPay must match the name on the credit card and Emirates ID card. Both cards must also be present at the time of delivery of the product.
