This service has no onboarding fees.

There are no downgrade or upgrade charges for the Website Creation Plan. This service is sold on Etisalat SaaS Marketplace. When you set up an account on the Etisalat SaaS Marketplace, you will be issued a password, for which you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts and passwords and for restricting access to them.

Once this service has been terminated, the subscriber will need to make any/all back up of their business data. Etisalat by e& will not provide any backup services and will not be liable for any data loss or depletion by the third party.

In cases of contract breach with early termination in the first 12 months, exit fees of 2 months will apply.

Penalty-Free Service: Customer can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 5 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e. exit charges) if the service contract was mis-sold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.

How do I subscribe to Custom Web Solutions ?

How do I cancel the service if it is not working for me?
You can cancel at any time by calling us at 8005800.

Do you create websites?
Yes. When you subscribe to the Managed Website Service, we will develop your website, complete with a professional look and feel. There are different packages available for this services and they are listed in this page above.

Once a landing page or a website has been created, can I make any changes on them?
Yes, of course, and we will make those changes for you. Just call us at 800366, Sunday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm, so we discuss your preferences further.

Will I still have my website or campaign page if I cancel the service?
As these are subscription-based services, cancellation of the service will mean that your website will cease to exist.

How do I access the control panel?
You can access your control panel as many times as you want with a username and password. Just log in at www.bizonline.ae. Your account manager will call you and explain how it works.

What exit charges are involved for Custom Web Solutions?
2 month exit fee is applicable.

How long would product fulfilment for Custom Web Solutions take?
Product fulfilment will take 2-3 days.

Are there any prerequisites for the product?
This product is sold as an add-on to an existing telco plan.
