Contract durations is as per agreed original contract period between the client and Etisalat with two options being available: No Contract, 12-Month Contract and 24-Month Contract.

Billing Frequency: Monthly

All prices shown are excluding of 5% VAT charge.

A hassle-free upgrade/migration to any other Business First, Business First Plus & Business Xtreme Plans can be done without any exit charges.

Closed User Group (CUG) minutes are intra-company calling minutes allowing subscribers to make and receive calls within their designated group.

International minutes allowances are applicable to multiple destinations. Click here to view the list of applicable countries.

Flexi SMS covers local & international SMS.

Carryforward Add-on:

The Carryforward add-on allows you to carry your unused local minutes forward for 3 months. This plan is only applicable with Business First Plans.

For example: If you have subscribed to the Carryforward Add-on AED 10/month plan on the 1st of Jan then you will carry over your unused minutes for 3 months i.e. you will able to use the remaining allowances from Jan until 30th April and Feb remaining allowances until 31st May.

Once you have subscribed to the add-on, you will automatically be charged AED 10/month until you choose to unsubscribe. 

Should you migration to Prepaid Plan, you will automatically lose your Carryforward allowances. 

The Carryforward allowances i.e. minutes have 1st priority of consumption.

Penalty Free Service:

Customer can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 5 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e. exit charges) if the service contract was mis-sold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.

These charges will only be applied should you exceed the allocations as per your Mobile Business Plan.

How does unlimited data work with Business First Plans?

You will have non-stop data on select plans from AED 140 and above only. Upon crossing your data allowance, your speed will be reduced to 64 kbps, however you will continue to have access to internet.

What is the cancellation/exit policy?

In cases of contract breach with early termination, exit fees will be applied. A one-time charge of AED 100 would be applicable on 12 & 24-Month Contracts. In addition, the customer must pay any outstanding amounts on the account.

Can I downgrade/upgrade between base plans? 

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your current base plan; however, your contract will reset from the date of migration. No exit charges would apply.

What is the charging pulse for Business First? 

Per-minute billing would be applicable with in-bundled allowances and out-of-bundle usages allowance for your Business First.

Can I migrate from Business First to any other Business plans? 

Yes, you can easily migrate from Business First Plan to any other plan that suits your requirements. Exit charges will not apply; however, your contract will reset from the date of migration.
