  • Office Presence Application Form 
  • In cases of contract breach with early termination, exit fees will be applied. A one-time charge of one month’s rental plus remaining contract period for device and/or add-ons would be applicable. 
  • Penalty Free Service: Customer can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 5 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e. exit charges) if the service contract was mis-sold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.

  • Business ON is an affordable broadband bundle providing a router, 4G/5G high-speed internet, domain name, landline on the go, and an eStore Website Builder.
  • Contract duration: 12-Month Contract
  • Billing Frequency: Monthly
  • All prices shown are excluding of 5% VAT charge.
  • A one-time router fee of AED 200 would apply.
  • The internet service is non-stop under Fair Usage Policy; which means that customers will get full 4G/5G speeds based on network availability.
  • The 4G/5G based Internet will be geo-locked upon activation. Once activated, you may move to a different location by paying a shifting charge of AED100.
  • The bundled 100 flexi minutes can be used for Fixed to Mobile National Calls or Fixed to International Calls to the following destinations 
  • Fixed to Fixed call charges: Free (AED 0.15/min post consumption of 7,500 minutes FUP)
  • Fixed to Mobile call charges: AED 0.30/min

  • A domain name is renewed on an annual basis and the minimum period of hire is 1 year.

Add-on Services

All add-ons are annual contracts and are charged per month. Add-ons can only be purchased with an existing or new Business ON subscription.

Exit Charges:

In the case of contract breach through early termination, the following exit charges would apply; 1 month of base plan fee + recovery of devices for the remaining contract months.

  What internet speed would I get with Business ON?

  Business ON offers the same speed as you would get on your mobile phone in a certain location. It is purely based on 4G/5G Mobile.

 

  Can I use Business ON in Multiple locations?

  No, Business ON is geo-locked to the first installed location. It will not work in different locations however you may shift/reinstall your location for a fee of AED 100.

 

  Which customers are eligible to migrate to Business ON? 

  Customers subscribed to DEL, PABX, Business Talk line are eligible to migrate to Business ON.

 

  Can I use the SIM card in any other device?

  No, the provided SIM card is locked to the same router and cannot be used with any other device.

 

  Can I make 2 outgoing calls from 2 devices at the same time?

  Absolutely, you can make the two calls in parallel, however please note that all outgoing calls will be chargeable at the same time.

 

  How can I block outgoing, 0 dialling, 00 dialling to avoid fixed to mobile or international charges?

  You can call 800-5-800 for any PABX configuration.

 

  What is the minimum software requirement for CloudTalk Application?

  For iPhone users, iOS 9.0 or later and for Android users, Android 7.1 or later

 

  Would I get charged for internet using the CloudTalk App? 

  Yes. While using CloudTalk, you are essentially using your own internet 4G/5G or Wi-Fi data which is why you would bear the internet charges based on consumption.

 

  Can we make a conference call using the CloudTalk App?

  Yes, all types of calls can be made using the CloudTalk App.

 

  Since the virtual line is through an App, what number will I get?

  You will get a geographic number based on the address of your Trade License. If the trade license is in Dubai, you will get a number starting from 04, if it is from Abu Dubai, you will get 02, so on and so forth.

 

  Can I get a payment gateway with the eStore Website? 

  The payment gateway facility is already integrated within the eStore and you may opt to subscribe to Etisalat Payment Gateway to use it. 

 

  I already have my own existing domain name. Can I add it to the eStore? 

  Yes, absolutely.

 

  Would changing my website name be possible after I have published my eStore? 

  Yes, you can.

 

  Are there any security verifications for Etisalat’s payment gateway subscription?

  Yes. Payment gateway is a different paid service to which you are required to subscribe to in order to use it with your eStore. Etisalat payment gateway is a security compliant service.

 

  What are the charges for payment gateway services?
