This service is an add-on and will be billed on your existing Etisalat internet services, such as Internet Bundles from Business Edge, Business Quick Start, and Business Super. There is no prepayment required, so you can conveniently continue to pay your service bill, which will include Local Business Promotion.

This service is a subscription-based service. Cancellation of the service will mean that your campaign page or website will no longer exist.

This plan is available on a monthly model with no minimum commitment. No exit charges would apply in case of early termination.


Once this service has been terminated, the subscriber will need to make any/all backups of their business data. e& will not provide any backup services and will not be liable for any data loss or depletion by the third party.

No termination charges upon early exit.

Penalty-Free Service: Customer can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 30 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e. exit charges) if the service contract was mis-sold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.

- There are no exit charges for Local Business Promotion.

Q. How long would product fulfilment take?

- For Local Business Promotion, we would need 2 working days (provided all requested data is given on time). For marketing services, our service team will get in touch with customers every month to schedule and execute the campaign. When all the marketing content is given, the execution can happen within 2 business days.

Q. Are there any prerequisites for this product?
- This product is sold as an add-on to an existing telco plan.

Q. Is there a minimum contract term for this product?

- There is no minimum contract term for Local Business Promotion. The user can cancel anytime.

 

Q. Is there any content assistance provided for business listings, microsites, landing pages, and marketing services?

- Yes, limited assistance is provided for content on the business listing, microsite, landing page, and drafting marketing messages. Assistance is only provided in the English language.

 

Q. Is email marketing artwork design included in the scope of the package?


- Yes, one design will be provided as part of package deliverables.

Q. Can the SMS/email credits carry forward to next month if service is not consumed in full for a particular month?

- No, marketing services credits cannot be carried forward to the next month. All the credits allotted for a month will have to be consumed in the same month; otherwise, the credits will lapse.
