Rules to remember

Please remember 4 general rules for all of our communications:

1. We will never contact you and ask for your personal bank information.
2. Our only method of authentication will be via OTP or security PIN.
3. We will never ask for money for gifts or promotions.
4. Never share your OTP with anyone unless you initiated the request (for e.g., a bank OTP)
