Pioneering the digital era at etisalat

The Graduate Training programmes are targeted at fresh Emirati graduates, to incorporate fresh ideas and incubate young minds into the company.

Today’s new generation, "Digitation Graduate Trainees", is the one who will pioneer the digital era at Etisalat, making a massive impact on the market through new technologies in smart applications, Cloud services, Big Data and others.

The programme is a comprehensive 15-month course that covers induction, orientation, mentorship, training, rotation and on-the-job learning, giving room to test new ideas.

Qadat Al Mostaqbal

We started this programme in 2005 to enable the next generation of corporate leaders within Etisalat, with a special focus on UAE nationals. So far, we have trained and guided 400 UAE nationals with the help of this exceedingly successful programme.

The programme has been designed in association with the finest local and international Business Schools. It lasts between 1 and 3 years and focuses on key competencies of the organisation. The objective is to help cast strategy into fact, to turn it into reality.
