The Emirati Start-up Program is a privileged offering crafted specifically for 100% Emirati-owned businesses. Requiring the applying business to be solely under the ownership of a UAE National.

For Early-Stage Start-ups
Only businesses established within the last two years are eligible to enjoy this program's exclusive benefits. Ensuring support for emerging Emirati entrepreneurs.

This initiative supports the Ministry of Economy's mission to foster a thriving entrepreneurial landscape. Aiming to increase start-ups in the UAE to one million, incubate ten unicorn companies, and build stronger public-private partnerships.

Service Limitations Per Business

To provide comprehensive support, certain service limits are set per eligible business:
Business Pro Plan: Valid for 12 months; each business may apply for up to one fixed service.

Mobile Plans: Available for 12 months; each business may apply for a maximum of 50 mobile lines.

VAT Solutions: Available for 12 months; limited to one service per business.

CCTV Solutions: Available for 36 months; limited to one service per business.

Microsoft Licenses: Available for 12 months; each business may apply for up to 50 licenses.
