    • Gift selection can only be done via My Etisalat UAE mobile app within the first month after the month of plan activation. After this period, customer will no longer be eligible for selecting a gift.
    • The gifts available for selection are subject to the chosen plan and plan activation channel.
    • Customers can choose one gift only and should review the eligibility rules for each gift on My Etisalat UAE mobile app prior to selecting a gift.

Roaming benefits

  • Use local data and minutes while roaming with ‘Roam like home’ packs starting from AED 100/week only
  • Get 2GB roaming data for 12 months with New Freedom plans 600 and 700. Simply opt-in by sending ‘AC DATAROAMING’ to 1012
  • Get 40GB in Preferred Roaming Partners. ‘Roam like Home’ data with New Freedom plans 1200 and 1300. Please note that your data speed will be reduced to 128Kbps after 40GB is consumed

Credit Limit

  • All postpaid plans come with a maximum cap on the outstanding charges incurred.
  • The accumulated charges include unpaid amounts from the previous billing month and usage charges incurred this month. You will be notified when this amount reaches 80%, 90%, 95% and 100% of your limit.
  • Your services will be suspended when the cap has been reached. You can unlock them by paying all your dues.
  • The exact amount of the maximum cap is determined after your account has been verified during the purchase or change process. It may be periodically revised by Etisalat based on your usage and payment history.
  • You can adjust your plan’s credit limit on My Etisalat UAE app or our Self-Care portal to control your spending.

Exit charge policy

For plans with 12-month commitment, an exit charge equal to the plan’s 1-month instalment or AED 1,000 (whichever amount is lower) will apply in case of early termination.

Note: In case the Customer has been assigned a Silver category number with the Service, the Customer shall not be permitted during the Minimum Term to:

  1. Transfer or assign the right of use of the Silver category number to another customer.
  2. Downgrade the Service.
  3. Migrate the Service to any other Etisalat mobile prepaid or postpaid plan; or
  4. Port out the Silver category number.

We will send a reminder one week and one day before the commitment period expires so you can renew it and continue enjoying the discounted plan. Otherwise, you will be moved to a no-commitment plan that is equal to the previous plan and will be charged according to the new plan.

You can cancel your postpaid plan through My Etisalat UAE app or by visiting your nearest Etisalat outlet or by calling customer care at 101.

Note: If your plan has a minimum commitment period, you will need to pay an early exit charge equal to one month’s instalment or AED 1,000 (whichever is the lowest amount) in addition to other usage charges applicable.

Etisalat bills are due on the 15th of every month. Payments made after the due date might result in the suspension of your services and impact your credit scores with Al Etihad Credit Bureau.

You can visit to complete your payments and register your credit card for future payments.

The due date to make your Etisalat bill payments is 15th of every month. Please note that payments made after the due date may result in your services being suspended and may impact your credit scores with Al Etihad Credit Bureau. If your service is suspended you may be charged a reconnection fee of AED 26.25 (incl. VAT).
