Required Documents to Apply for 600 Toll-free Plans:
- Valid Copy of Trade License
- Power of Attorney Copy with signature of authorised signatory.
- Tenancy Contract or Premises Ownership or Proof of Right of Occupation
- Passport copy with Valid UAE Visa of individual, as authorised by company
- Emirates ID Copy of individual, as authorised by company
- Authorisation Letter
- Establishment Card
- No Objection Letter from company permitting call-routing
Contract durations is as per agreed original contract period between the client and Etisalat with one option being available:
- Quarterly Contract: AED 500/Quarter
- One-time Installation Fee: AED 300

600 service is not a your-company name service but is a fixed length of numbering level. The 6005 service must be of 9-digit length out of which the 1st 4 digits are locked to 6005 for all customers. For TV, Radio and Media Houses the 1st 5 digits are reserved as 60055.
Service 600 for Commercial Entities
Commercial Entities are provided with 'Service 600' number as a unique number in all emirates without an area code for their business or call center. Installation and Quarterly Rental Charges are applicable.
International calls are allowed to the 'Service 600' numbers and will be charged by the caller parties as per the rate set by the caller’s country operator.
Service 600 for TV and Radio Stations
TV and Radio, stations are provided with '6005' Level number to enable them to conduct quiz or competitions regularly. TV and Radio customers will be provided this service Free of Charge along with up to '10' direct lines if needed and installation or rental charges do not apply.
International calls are allowed to the 'Service 600' numbers and will be charged by the caller parties as per the rate set by the caller’s country operator. Hence a commercial customer can choose 5 digits from the available pool and media firms 4 digits from the available pool of number.
A fee of AED 300/per update would apply for adding or altering call centres after activation.

Penalty Free Service:
Customer can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 5 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e. exit charges) if the service contract was mis-sold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.
In cases of contract breach with early termination, no exit fees will be applied.
