Microsoft Azure by Etisalat is a consumption based solution with varying monthly commitments i.e. minimum usage while allowing subscribers a capped soft usage limit.

Billing would begin immediately after your Microsoft tenant account has been created and will be divided as per minimum monthly fees, consumption if applicable and discounts, if applicable. You will receive access to support platform that can be used for raising a ticket for support, request for bundled services, change of plans and cancellation services.

Subscribers will receive a discount on overall usage based on the plan selected. The discount will be applied on the total usage and final bill would not be less than the monthly rental post discount

All plans include a soft usage limit i.e. max credit limit based on the plan selected. Should the monthly consumption exceed 100% of the allocated usage, you will be charged based on your actual consumption. To increase the allocated credit limit, you may raise a ticket and request to do so.

Add-ons: All in-bundled complimentary add-ons are valid and applicable for one-time only. Should you wish to use it any of these services again, you may choose to purchase them as an add-on provided that your base plan with Microsoft Azure by Etisalat is still active.

Add-ons cannot be purchased solely and require an active base plan of either of the Microsoft Azure by Etisalat.

Subdomain: Upon subscribing to this service, you will be requested to choose your desired subdomain and share your existing Microsoft email ID. If you do not have one, it will be created and assigned to you. In the case that the desired subdomain name is unavailable, an alternative one will be created and assigned to you.

Support: You may contact your assigned Microsoft Expert through Email.

If you require a guided session, a virtual meeting will be organised with your advisor. 24/7 support would be provided for break fix issues on the Azure where the services has been disrupted due to errors in the configuration of Azure service or unavailability of the platform due to technical errors related to Azure service offered by Microsoft.

Exit Fees: You may cancel your plan at any time you wish to. The cancellation of plan would be effective within 72 hours of placing the request. In cases of contract breach with early termination, exit fees will be applied. Charges applicable would be one month of the monthly fee and the extra usage along with any termination charges by Microsoft.
