If I'm subscribed to more than one subscription will I be charged on the same day for these subscriptions?
Billing will be based on the calendar month. For example, if the package cost is AED 100 and the subscription start date is the 15th of the month, the first bill will be generated on the 1st of the following month. This bill will include a pro-rated charge for the previous month and the full charge for the current month. Specifically, the charge from the 15th to the 30th will be AED 50 (half of the monthly rate, as it covers half the month), and the charge from the 1st to the 30th will be AED 100, totaling AED 150. Subsequent monthly bills will be AED 100 each.

Are my subscription auto-renewable?
The service includes a 12-month contract, after which it will not automatically renew. Instead, it will transition to a monthly rental plan

If I'm subscribed to STARZ ON Business Basic can I stream content from STARZ ON Business Advance or Premium?
No. You must upgrade your subscription

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
1. Open the STARZ ON Business app and navigate to the Login page.
2. Enter your Subscription ID.
3. Click on the 'Forgot Password' button
4. Check your email for a message containing your password.

I tried to register for an account, but got the error message "Email already exists.
This means that there is already an account with this email address.
If you’ve forgotten your password, select the ‘forgot password’ link at the login page and you will receive an email with your password.

What exit charges are involved for STARZ ON Business?
There are no exit charges applicable on STARZ ON Buisness , Standalone OTT Service. However, if Digital Signage package is subscribed there will be exit charges applicable for hardware.

Is Live TV and VOD included in the package ?
Yes, both VOD and Live TV are included in all packages

Do I pay extra for signage solution?
There are Separate packages available for STARZ ON Business and Digital Signage solution. Please visit the e& website or B2B portal for more information.

Do I pay extra for Hardware?
No. Hardware charges are included in Digital Signage package.

Would I get charged for internet while using STARZ ON Business?
Standard internet charges will apply

Can a STARZ ON standalone user acquire CMS ?
Yes. STARZ ON standalone user can acquire CMS access, but their previous subscription will be ceased and a new subscription will be marked. However, there will be no exit charges.

Can I have multiple subscriptions for OTT Standalone aginst one email address ?
Yes.

Can I have multiple subscriptions for Digital Signage & CMS against one email address ?
Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions of one Digital Signage/CMS package under the same email address. However, if you wish to subscribe to multiple packages (Basic, Advanced, or Premium) , a separate email address is required for each package.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between packages ( Basic, Advance, Premium)?
Yes. For any upgrade/ Downgrade between Packages ( Basic, Advance, Premium ) during the period a package is active, refund will be posted for source package and prorate charge will apply on the target package (Net-off in billing for prorate and refund will be posted)

Can I upgrade or downgrade between Categories (Category 1: OTT Standalone, versus Category 2: OTT + CMS, OTT + Signage, OTT + Media Box)?
Yes. For any upgrade or downgrade between categories (Category 1: OTT Standalone, versus Category 2: OTT + CMS, OTT + Signage, OTT + Media Box) while a subscription to a certain category is active, the migration will be treated as the termination of the source category and the initiation of a new subscription to the target category

Can I subscribe to Digital Signage only.

For Bank Accounts

1. Bank statement with IBAN number (Copy)
2. Collateral/Security Deposit (if applicable for e-commerce & marketplace)    

Contract duration is as per agreed original contract period between the client and Etisalat with two options being available: 12-Month and 24-Month Contracts.
