If I'm subscribed to more than one subscription will I be charged on the same day for these subscriptions?
Billing will be based on the calendar month. For example, if the package cost is AED 100 and the subscription start date is the 15th of the month, the first bill will be generated on the 1st of the following month. This bill will include a pro-rated charge for the previous month and the full charge for the current month. Specifically, the charge from the 15th to the 30th will be AED 50 (half of the monthly rate, as it covers half the month), and the charge from the 1st to the 30th will be AED 100, totaling AED 150. Subsequent monthly bills will be AED 100 each.


If I'm subscribed to STARZ ON Business Basic can I stream content from STARZ ON Business Advance or Premium?
No. You must upgrade your subscription

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
1. Open the STARZ ON Business app and navigate to the Login page.
2. Enter your Subscription ID.
3. Click on the 'Forgot Password' button
4. Check your email for a message containing your password.

I tried to register for an account, but got the error message "Email already exists.
This means that there is already an account with this email address.
If you’ve forgotten your password, select the ‘forgot password’ link at the login page and you will receive an email with your password.

Contract duration is as per agreed original contract period between the client and Etisalat with two options being available: 12-Month and 24-Month Contracts.
