Q. I’ve subscribed to an add-on, when will activation take place?
Subscription to add-ons will activate upon first eligible usage. If you subscribe mid-month, your add-on allowance for that month will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. At the start of the next billing month you will receive the full allowance of your chosen add-on.
Q. Do add-on subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis?
Yes, all add-ons to your Etisalat Mobile Business Plan will automatically renew until add-on is manually unsubscribed.

International voice call minutes are applicable to all destinations except these countires.
