Business Online Portal – The Two User Roles

There are two different types of user/login roles available on the portal: Admin and Accountant. These roles come with different entitlements enabling you to assign them accordingly within your organisation. See below for a breakdown of the available portal functions for the two roles:


Admin Role

  • Place and track orders for all company employees.
  • Raise support requests.
  • View, download, and pay all company bills.
  • Add “Accountant” users.

Accountant Role
