Tawasal can be used on any OS, and mobile device. It is available On web, desktop and mobile versions. The system requirement for Tawasal Business is to only have a stable internet connection. For the best experience, ensure your operating system and browser are up to date.

 

4. How do I create a business account?

To create a business account on Tawasal Business, download the platform, click on 'Log in'. Follow the prompts to enter your email address, create a password, and complete the registration process.

 

5. How do I join a meeting on Tawasal Business?

To join a meeting on Tawasal Business, you can simply click on the meeting link provided by the host. Make sure you have the necessary permissions and that your audio and video settings are configured correctly before joining.

 

6. Can I record my meetings on Tawasal Business?

Yes, you can record your meetings on Tawasal Business. In the meeting settings, enable the recording option. The recorded files will be saved to your specified location/  or will remain in the afferent group chat.

 

7.  Can I share my screen during a meeting on Tawasal Business?

Yes, you can share your screen during a meeting on Tawasal Business. While in a meeting, look for the 'Share Screen' button up right, and select the window or application you want to share. Participants will see your screen in real-time, which is useful for presentations or collaborative work.

 

8. How do I manage participants in a meeting on Tawasal Business?

You can manage participants by using the controls provided in the meeting interface. These include muting/unmuting participants, removing participants, and assigning roles such as co-host. As the host, you have additional privileges to control the meeting environment.

 

9. What security measures are in place to protect my meetings on Tawasal Business?

Tawasal is built with robust security measures to protect user data. Yes, you can upgrade at any time from Tawasal basic to Tawasal AI starter, or Tawasal + any Aleria plans available on the market. The new package will be reflected in your next Etisalat bill as a separate line item, and you will only be charged the difference for the current month of the upgrade.
