  1. Commencement & Duration: Bandwidth upgrades are possible during and after the Minimum Term without additional installation charges; however, downgrades incur a charge.
  2. Billing & Payment: Monthly rental charges are pro-rated from the Activation Date until the end of the first billing period, with subsequent billing in advance.
  3. Termination & Suspension: etisalat by e& may temporarily suspend services for non-payment, with access restored upon payment clearance.
  4. Installation & Support: Managed Device support includes next business day replacement for faulty devices not caused by customer misuse.
