About Homat Al Watan Plans
These mobile plans and add-on packs are exclusively available for Homat Al Watan Card holders including members of the Ministry of Defence, GHQ Armed Forces and military personnel.
When upgrading or downgrading plans during the month - the allowances and rental from the old package will remain until the end of the month. Simultaneously, the bundled allowances and rental of the new package will be pro-rated and applicable.

- Please be aware that this offer is available for a limited time only.
- Each Emirates ID is entitled to a maximum of two SIM cards under the Ministry of Defence - Homat Al Watan Employees promotions.
- Should there be a change to a different plan, please note that the entitlement to a 40% discount will end.
- Modifications to your plan, whether an upgrade or a downgrade, will result in the original plan's benefits and charges being maintained until the end of the current month. Simultaneously, the benefits and charges of the new plan will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis and will take effect immediately.
- The roaming allowance is valid exclusively with our preferred partner networks in designated countries.
Required Documents to Apply:
- Emirates ID
- Employee ID
- Any one from the below is required (not applicable for UAE nationals)
- Stamped salary certificate with a minimum salary of AED 2500/Month
- Vehicle Registration – recently issued, within 5 years
- A 3-month bank statement (stamped and should reflect salary credit)
- Previous month’s utility bill with physical address
- Tenancy/Ownership Contract
All of the aforementioned documents must include an original company stamp.
About GHQ Freedom Mobile Plans
Billing Frequency: Monthly
Contract Duration: 12 Months
As per agreed original contract period between the subscriber and e&. After contract completion, you will continue to receive the plan's allowances and be charged the same monthly subscription fee.

Penalty Free Service
Customers can exit the service contract within a maximum period of 5 days from activation without penalty charges (i.e. exit charges) if the service contract was missold or the provided service did not comply with the service terms and conditions.
About Early Exit Charges
In case of early termination, a one-time charge of exit charges equalling to 1 month's rental or AED 1,000, whichever is less would apply.
