Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional Managed Services by Etisalat include but are not limited to the following listed:

  • Deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licenses, including Business Central Essential, Premium, Sales, Customer Service, HR, Payroll.
  • Setting up and implementation of the sandbox environment for UAT and production environment.
  • The creation of a single i.e. one company and/or one Legal Entity.
  • The end-to-end setup of users by creating and assigning users and their standard roles.
  • Guided training sessions and resources based on the plan selected

All training sessions will be conducted virtually with the number of participants allowances entirely dependent on the licenses acquired.

All training sessions and materials will be conducted post product configuration to ensure effectiveness and real-time understanding.

This service includes business day support which includes an expert available during regular hours, i.e. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM between Monday to Friday.
